Data Deletion Policy

Syntexco Business Consultancy Private Limited ("Syntexco", "we", "our", or "us") gives you full control over your personal data. If you have used our applications (such as our Letterhead App) and logged in using third-party services like Facebook, you can request the complete deletion of your data at any time.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your personal data, you can follow either of the methods below:

Method A: Email Request

You can send an email to our support team requesting data deletion:

Method B: Facebook Platform Deletion

If you used Facebook Login to access our applications, you can remove our app's access and request data deletion directly through Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Look for Apps and Websites and you will see all the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.
  4. Search for our App and click Remove.
  5. Optionally, you can click View Removed Apps and Websites and click on Send Request to ask us to delete any data we may still have.

We process all data deletion requests within 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted from our systems.
